The 7 Stages of Spiritual Awakening: The Ascension Framework™ Explained

Discovery → Awakening → Purification → Transformation → Integration → Service → Ascension

Spiritual awakening is often described as a single event.

You wake up.

You have an experience.

You see reality differently.

You discover meditation, energy healing, spirituality, consciousness, or some deeper truth—and suddenly your life is divided into a “before” and an “after.”

Sometimes awakening really does happen that way.

But for many people, it doesn't.

Spiritual awakening is not necessarily one dramatic moment. It can unfold gradually over years. It can begin with a question you cannot answer, a relationship that no longer feels aligned, an unexpected loss, a profound spiritual experience, a period of anxiety or confusion, an intense desire for meaning, or simply the persistent feeling that there must be more to life than what you have been taught.

And perhaps most importantly:

Awakening is not a staircase that you climb once and then finish.

It is a living, recursive process.

At Ascension Healings, we developed The Ascension Framework™ as a way of understanding that process.

The Framework describes seven interconnected stages:

  1. Discovery — The Call

  2. Awakening — Illumination

  3. Purification — Clearing

  4. Transformation — Choice

  5. Integration — Embodiment

  6. Service — Expression

  7. Ascension — Expansion

These stages describe a general pattern—not a rigid sequence that every person must follow in exactly the same way.

You may move through several stages quickly.

You may spend years in one.

You may revisit an earlier stage after what feels like tremendous spiritual growth.

You may experience two or three stages simultaneously.

You may even experience the entire process repeatedly at increasingly deeper levels.

That is because the journey is better understood as a spiral than a staircase.

And once you understand that, many of the confusing experiences associated with spiritual awakening begin to make more sense.

What Is Spiritual Awakening?

Spiritual awakening is a process of becoming increasingly aware of who you are beneath the identities, conditioning, beliefs, fears, expectations, and patterns that have shaped your experience of life.

Different traditions describe this in different ways.

Some call it enlightenment.

Some call it awakening consciousness.

Some describe it as remembering the soul.

Others speak about higher consciousness, union with the Divine, self-realization, kundalini, Christ consciousness, or returning to one's true nature.

At Ascension Healings, we don't believe you have to adopt someone else's terminology for your experience to be meaningful.

The important question is not:

“What label should I put on this?”

The more useful question is:

“What is this experience showing me?”

A spiritual awakening may cause you to question beliefs you once considered unquestionable.

You may begin noticing synchronicities.

Your intuition may become stronger.

You may become more sensitive to people, environments, energy, conflict, or emotional patterns.

Relationships may change.

Old goals may lose their meaning.

You may suddenly feel drawn toward meditation, healing, spirituality, consciousness, energy work, past lives, or deeper questions about existence.

You may experience periods of profound peace followed by periods of intense emotional clearing.

And sometimes awakening feels wonderful.

Sometimes it feels incredibly uncomfortable.

That doesn't necessarily mean something has gone wrong.

Often, awakening begins by revealing what is already there.

If you'd like to explore some of the experiences commonly associated with awakening, our guide to spiritual awakening signs and symptoms can be a useful place to begin.

Why Spiritual Awakening Doesn't Look the Same for Everyone

There is no universal awakening experience.

One person may experience awakening through meditation.

Another may experience it after a major life transition.

Someone else may discover spirituality through grief, illness, relationship changes, trauma recovery, an unusual dream, a synchronicity, or a profound altered state of consciousness.

Some people experience sudden shifts.

Others experience a slow unfolding.

Some feel called toward healing.

Others feel called toward creativity, service, teaching, parenting, nature, art, leadership, or simply living a more authentic life.

This is important because comparison can become another form of spiritual conditioning.

You may look at someone else's experience and think:

“Why am I not experiencing what they're experiencing?”

You may wonder why you don't see visions, hear guidance, experience dramatic energy sensations, or have profound mystical experiences.

But awakening isn't a competition.

Your journey is your journey.

The purpose of spiritual growth isn't to reproduce somebody else's experience.

It is to become increasingly conscious of your own.

The Ascension Framework™ therefore isn't intended to tell you what you should experience.

It is intended to give you a map for understanding what you are experiencing.

The Ascension Framework™: Seven Stages of Spiritual Awakening

The seven stages are:

Discovery → Awakening → Purification → Transformation → Integration → Service → Ascension

At first glance, this can look linear.

But it isn't.

Think of it more like a spiral.

You may experience Discovery at one level of your life, move through Awakening and Transformation, and later return to Discovery around a completely different issue.

You may experience another layer of Purification after years of Integration.

You may enter Service and discover that serving others exposes another layer of yourself that needs healing.

You may experience an expansion that feels like Ascension—and then find yourself returning to the beginning with a new question.

This isn't failure.

This is the process.

Let's explore each stage.

Stage 1: Discovery — The Call

“Something is asking me to look deeper.”

Discovery is often where the journey begins.

You may not call it a spiritual awakening yet.

You may simply feel that something is missing.

Perhaps your life looks perfectly fine from the outside, but something inside you is asking questions.

You may begin wondering:

  • What am I really here to do?

  • Why am I repeating the same patterns?

  • Is there more to life than this?

  • Why do certain experiences keep happening to me?

  • What happens after death?

  • Who am I beneath my roles and identities?

  • Why do certain people or experiences affect me so deeply?

  • Is there a deeper purpose behind my life?

  • Why do I feel different from the person I used to be?

Discovery can be subtle.

Sometimes it is simply curiosity.

Sometimes it is dissatisfaction.

Sometimes it is a powerful synchronicity that catches your attention.

Sometimes the “call” arrives through a difficult experience that forces you to question everything you thought you knew.

The important thing is that something begins opening.

You begin looking.

You begin questioning.

You begin searching.

What Discovery Can Feel Like

Discovery may feel like:

  • Curiosity

  • Restlessness

  • A desire for meaning

  • Questioning your career or relationships

  • Feeling that something is missing

  • Attraction to spirituality or consciousness

  • Increased interest in meditation or healing

  • Searching for answers

  • Repeated synchronicities

  • A desire to understand yourself more deeply

You may not know where the path is leading.

You only know that you need to follow it.

The Challenge of Discovery

The biggest challenge here is often confusion.

There is an enormous amount of spiritual information available today.

Meditation.

Energy healing.

Astrology.

Past-life regression.

QHHT.

Reiki.

Mysticism.

Mystical Christianity.

Hermetic philosophy.

Chakras.

Manifestation.

Consciousness studies.

And countless teachers offering different interpretations.

Discovery isn't about believing everything.

It is about becoming curious enough to explore.

Discernment becomes one of your most important tools.

Stage 2: Awakening — Illumination

“I can't unsee what I've seen.”

Discovery asks questions.

Awakening begins changing the way you perceive the answers.

This is where something shifts internally.

You may suddenly recognize patterns that were previously invisible.

You may realize that beliefs you considered absolute were actually inherited.

You may begin seeing your relationships differently.

You may become more aware of your thoughts.

Your emotions.

Your intuition.

Your reactions.

Your environment.

Your energy.

Your choices.

You begin realizing that your experience of life is influenced by the state from which you experience it.

This doesn't mean you can simply think your way out of every circumstance.

It means that consciousness matters.

The way you perceive yourself, others, and reality begins changing.

Common Signs of Awakening

Some people experience:

  • Increased intuition

  • Heightened sensitivity

  • Synchronicities

  • Vivid dreams

  • Desire for solitude

  • Emotional releases

  • Changing relationships

  • Questioning old beliefs

  • Greater awareness of thoughts and emotions

  • Increased interest in spirituality

  • A sense of purpose

  • Feeling that “something is happening”

  • Periods of profound clarity

  • A stronger connection with nature

  • Increased awareness of energy

You may recognize yourself in several of these experiences.

You may recognize yourself in none of them.

There is no checklist that determines whether you are spiritually awakened.

Awakening is not a badge.

It is a process of becoming more conscious.

The Shadow Side of Awakening

Awakening can also be destabilizing.

When your perception changes, your old identity may no longer fit.

You may realize that certain relationships were based on an older version of yourself.

You may lose interest in goals that once motivated you.

You may question your career.

You may question your beliefs.

You may feel isolated because people around you don't understand what you're experiencing.

This is one reason grounding and integration matter so much.

Awakening isn't simply about opening upward.

It is also about learning how to remain present here.

Stage 3: Purification — Clearing

“What I avoided is asking to be seen.”

This is often one of the most misunderstood stages.

People sometimes assume that spiritual awakening should make everything feel peaceful.

Then they awaken—and suddenly old emotions start surfacing.

Fear.

Anger.

Grief.

Resentment.

Shame.

Guilt.

Control.

Attachment.

Unforgiveness.

Old memories.

Relationship patterns.

Self-judgment.

This can feel like moving backward.

It isn't necessarily backward.

It may be what becomes visible when you finally have enough awareness to see it.

Purification is the process of bringing density into consciousness so it can be understood, felt, released, and transformed.

We use the word “purification” carefully.

It doesn't mean that you are dirty or broken.

It means that patterns which no longer serve the person you are becoming are being brought into awareness.

What Purification Can Look Like

You may notice:

  • Emotional waves that seem to come from nowhere

  • Old memories resurfacing

  • Repeating relationship patterns becoming obvious

  • Increased awareness of fear

  • Difficulty controlling outcomes

  • Realization of where you've abandoned yourself

  • Strong reactions that reveal deeper wounds

  • A need to forgive yourself

  • Increased awareness of physical tension

  • Feeling emotionally or energetically “heavy”

  • A desire to simplify your life

Sometimes the most important realization during purification is:

“I can't heal what I'm unwilling to see.”

Self-Forgiveness

One of the most important themes we have repeatedly encountered in our work is self-forgiveness.

Many people spend years trying to forgive other people while continuing to punish themselves.

They replay mistakes.

They judge past versions of themselves.

They wish they had known then what they know now.

But the person who made the decision you regret was operating with the awareness they had at the time.

Self-forgiveness doesn't mean pretending something didn't happen.

It means releasing the energetic and emotional punishment attached to it.

Sometimes the person you most need to forgive is yourself. We cannot control or take accountability for others, so ultimately all forgiveness becomes self-forgiveness.

If this resonates with you, explore our work around healing, self-forgiveness, and releasing old patterns.

Purification and the Body

Spiritual growth is not only mental.

Experiences, emotions, stress, fear, and patterns can be felt in the body.

This is why energy work can become useful during awakening.

Reiki and other forms of energy healing can provide a space to slow down, become present, and work with what is being experienced rather than constantly trying to think your way through it.

Our chakra alignment and energy healing resources explore this relationship between energetic balance, awareness, and spiritual growth.

Stage 4: Transformation — Choice

“Now that I see it, what am I going to do differently?”

Awareness alone doesn't transform a life.

Eventually, you have to choose.

Transformation is where insight becomes action.

You recognize a pattern—and stop feeding it.

You recognize a fear—and move through it.

You recognize a relationship dynamic—and establish a boundary.

You recognize that your current life no longer reflects your values—and begin changing it.

You realize that you have been waiting for permission—and give yourself permission.

This is where spiritual awakening becomes practical.

Transformation Isn't Always Dramatic

Transformation doesn't necessarily mean quitting your job, moving across the country, becoming a healer, or radically changing your entire life.

Sometimes transformation looks incredibly ordinary.

You respond differently to your spouse.

You stop arguing with someone who wants to argue.

You forgive yourself.

You take care of your body.

You stop saying yes when you mean no.

You become honest.

You listen instead of reacting.

You stop allowing fear to make every decision.

You spend time in silence.

You follow your intuition.

You choose peace.

You change the way you speak to yourself.

These seemingly small choices can represent enormous internal shifts.

The Question of Control

One of the deepest lessons in transformation is learning the difference between intention and control.

You can choose your direction.

You cannot control every outcome.

You can take aligned action.

You cannot control every person.

You can prepare.

You cannot control every circumstance.

Transformation often requires learning to participate in life without constantly trying to force it.

The Buddhist’s call this releasing of attachments. Many people think of attachments to objects or people when this idea is presented, but one of the most important attachments to release is the attachments to outcomes.

This is not passivity.

It is conscious participation.

Stage 5: Integration — Embodiment

“I understand it. Now I have to live it.”

Integration is where many spiritual seekers get stuck.

You can read every book.

Meditate every morning.

Have profound spiritual experiences.

Attend retreats.

Receive energy healing.

Explore past lives.

Have mystical experiences.

And still struggle to embody what you know.

A great example of this is that we all know we need to eat right and exercise to have a healthier lifestyle, actually doing it is the difference between awareness and integration.

Integration closes that gap.

The question changes from:

“What did I learn?”

to:

“How does this change the way I live?”

What Integration Looks Like

Integration may involve:

  • Bringing spiritual awareness into relationships

  • Applying what you've learned during conflict

  • Becoming more emotionally regulated

  • Living according to your values

  • Creating healthier boundaries

  • Practicing self-forgiveness

  • Developing consistent spiritual practices

  • Grounding mystical experiences into ordinary life

  • Allowing intuition to influence practical decisions

  • Becoming more present

  • Learning to hold your energy in difficult environments

This is where spirituality stops being something you do and becomes something you embody.

You don't have to announce your transformation.

People may simply notice that you respond differently.

You are calmer.

More compassionate.

More honest.

More grounded.

More present.

Less reactive.

More capable of holding difficult experiences without becoming consumed by them.

Integration Is Where Healing Becomes Real

This is one reason we place such emphasis on healing.

Awareness without integration can become another form of escape.

You can become fascinated with higher consciousness while avoiding the emotions sitting directly underneath your feet.

True transformation brings consciousness into the body, relationships, choices, work, family, and ordinary life.

The goal isn't to escape being human.

The goal is to become more conscious while being human.

Stage 6: Service — Expression

“What I've discovered within myself naturally wants to be shared.”

As transformation becomes integrated, something often changes.

The focus gradually moves beyond:

“How can I fix myself?”

toward:

“How can what I've learned benefit others?”

This is Service.

Service doesn't necessarily mean becoming a spiritual teacher.

It doesn't mean starting a business.

It doesn't mean healing thousands of people.

It doesn't mean becoming publicly visible.

Service can be extraordinarily ordinary.

A parent raising conscious children is serving.

A person who brings peace into a workplace is serving.

Someone who listens to a struggling friend is serving.

A person who creates beautiful art is serving.

Someone who simply stops passing their pain forward is serving.

Service is not necessarily about what you do.

It is about what you bring.

The Lighthouse Principle

We often use the image of a lighthouse when talking about this stage.

A lighthouse doesn't chase ships.

It doesn't convince ships to approach.

It doesn't scream into the ocean.

It simply shines.

Some nights, no ships appear.

Other nights, its light may help guide many.

Its purpose doesn't change based on how many people notice it.

This is an important lesson in spiritual service.

Your purpose isn't measured by how many people you convince.

It is measured by how faithfully you embody what you've discovered.

You don't have to save everyone.

You don't have to carry everyone.

You don't have to make everyone understand.

Sometimes the most powerful form of service is simply becoming a clearer expression of the light you have found within yourself.

Our Lighthouse Theory article explores this idea more deeply.

Stage 7: Ascension — Expansion

“There is always more.”

The word “Ascension” can create some confusion.

It can sound like a final destination.

A spiritual graduation.

A point where you have finally figured everything out.

We don't see it that way.

Ascension is not the end of the journey.

Ascension is continued expansion of consciousness.

As awareness expands, your relationship with yourself, other people, reality, purpose, and the Divine can continue to change.

You may experience deeper compassion.

Greater peace.

More intuitive clarity.

A stronger sense of interconnectedness.

Less identification with fear.

Greater ability to remain centered.

A deeper understanding of your purpose.

And then something interesting happens.

You discover another layer.

Another question.

Another pattern.

Another opportunity to grow.

Which brings us back to the spiral.

The Secret of the Ascension Framework™: It Is a Spiral

This is the part of the Framework that we believe is especially important.

The seven stages are not seven steps that you complete once.

They are seven movements of consciousness that can repeat throughout your life.

Imagine a spiral.

At one point, you experience Discovery.

Then Awakening.

Then Purification.

Then Transformation.

Then Integration.

Then Service.

Then Ascension.

But when the spiral continues, you encounter Discovery again.

Only now, you are discovering something deeper.

You may awaken to a new layer of yourself.

You may encounter another layer of purification.

You transform again.

You integrate again.

You serve from a deeper place.

And you expand again.

The pattern repeats—but you are not the same person repeating it.

That distinction matters.

Returning to an earlier stage does not mean you failed.

It may mean you are exploring that stage at a deeper level of consciousness.

Why You May Feel Like You're “Going Backward”

Have you ever experienced tremendous spiritual growth only to suddenly find yourself struggling with something you thought you had already healed?

This is incredibly common.

You may think:

“I thought I was past this.”

But perhaps you are not going backward.

Perhaps you are seeing the same pattern from a deeper level.

Imagine peeling an onion.

You remove one layer.

Then another.

Eventually, you discover that what appeared to be the “same issue” actually contained several different layers.

Spiritual growth can work similarly.

You may believe you've healed your relationship with control.

Then life presents you with a situation that reveals a deeper layer of control.

You may think you've forgiven yourself.

Then another memory surfaces.

You may think you've learned to trust.

Then circumstances challenge you again.

The temptation is to interpret this as failure.

The spiral offers another interpretation:

There is another layer ready to be integrated.

How Healing Fits Into Spiritual Awakening

Healing and awakening are deeply interconnected.

Awakening expands awareness.

Healing helps us become capable of holding that awareness.

As consciousness expands, things that were previously unconscious can become visible.

That can include emotional wounds, limiting beliefs, energetic patterns, relationship dynamics, fear, attachment, and self-judgment.

This is why healing isn't something you necessarily complete before awakening.

Healing can be part of awakening.

Awakening can reveal the need for healing.

Healing can create space for deeper awakening.

And the process continues.

This is also why there isn't one healing modality that works for everyone.

Different stages—and different people—may call for different tools.

Where QHHT Can Fit Into the Journey

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) can be especially meaningful for people who feel called to explore deeper questions of consciousness, past lives, purpose, and the nature of their experience.

A QHHT session isn't something you need to “qualify” for by reaching a particular stage.

Someone in Discovery may arrive with questions.

Someone in Awakening may want deeper confirmation or understanding.

Someone in Purification may want to explore the roots of recurring patterns.

Someone in Transformation may be seeking clarity about their next direction.

Someone in Integration may want to understand a profound experience.

And someone further along the path may simply have deeper questions.

At Ascension Healings, our QHHT work is approached as an exploration rather than a requirement to accept a particular interpretation.

The experience becomes material for reflection, healing, discernment, and integration.

If you feel called to explore this deeper level of consciousness, learn more about QHHT and Past Life Regression at Ascension Healings.

Where Reiki and Energy Healing Can Fit

Energy healing can support many different points in the awakening process.

Sometimes someone simply needs to slow down.

Sometimes they feel energetically overwhelmed.

Sometimes emotions are moving intensely.

Sometimes they need grounding.

Sometimes they want support reconnecting with their body.

Sometimes they simply want to create space for themselves to breathe.

Reiki can provide a quiet environment in which someone can become more aware of what they're experiencing without having to intellectually solve everything.

We often refer to Reiki/energy healing as “the gateway drug to spirituality”. While this a playful way to explore this, the idea remains intact.

This can also be particularly valuable during Purification and Integration—but there is no requirement that energy healing belong to a particular stage.

The journey is individual.

Our Reiki and Energy Healing services are designed to meet people where they are.

Where Spiritual Coaching Can Fit

Spiritual coaching can be especially useful when awareness has created questions that you're struggling to navigate alone.

You may know something needs to change but not know what.

You may feel called toward a purpose but not know how to move toward it.

You may understand your patterns intellectually but struggle to change them.

You may have experienced something profound and need help integrating it into everyday life.

Spiritual coaching can create a space for reflection, discernment, accountability, and conscious action.

It isn't about someone else telling you what your path is.

It is about creating space for you to hear yourself more clearly.

Learn more about spiritual coaching and how it can support your awakening journey.

You Don't Need to Know Which Stage You're In

One of the biggest mistakes people can make with any spiritual framework is becoming obsessed with categorizing themselves.

“Which stage am I in?”

“Am I advanced enough?”

“Have I reached Ascension?”

“Why am I still struggling if I'm spiritually awakened?”

The Framework isn't meant to create another hierarchy.

It is meant to create understanding.

Instead of asking:

“What stage am I in?”

try asking:

What is life asking me to see right now?

What keeps repeating?

What am I avoiding?

What am I being invited to release?

Where am I being asked to grow?

What have I learned that I haven't yet embodied?

Where am I trying to control an outcome?

What am I being called to share?

What would greater alignment look like in my ordinary life?

Those questions may tell you more than a label ever could.

A Simple Way to Use the Ascension Framework™ in Your Own Life

When you're experiencing something confusing, use the seven stages as a reflection tool.

1. Discovery

What is getting my attention?

Look for the question, experience, pattern, or synchronicity that is calling you deeper.

2. Awakening

What am I beginning to see differently?

Notice changes in your perception, beliefs, relationships, intuition, and awareness.

3. Purification

What is asking to be healed or released?

Look honestly at fear, attachment, self-judgment, resentment, control, and unresolved experiences.

4. Transformation

What choice is available to me now?

Awareness creates possibilities. Transformation requires action.

5. Integration

How do I embody what I've learned?

Bring your insights into your body, relationships, decisions, work, and ordinary life.

6. Service

How can what I've learned contribute to something beyond myself?

Look for natural expressions of your gifts rather than forcing yourself into a role.

7. Ascension

What is opening next?

Allow your understanding to continue expanding.

Then begin again.

The Goal Isn't to Become Someone Else

There is a subtle trap within spiritual growth.

You can become so focused on becoming “more spiritual” that you accidentally reject the person you are right now.

You may think you need to be calmer.

More intuitive.

More loving.

More awakened.

More enlightened.

More healed.

More high-vibration.

But the journey isn't necessarily about becoming someone else.

It may be about becoming increasingly honest about who you already are.

You don't have to perform spirituality.

You don't have to convince anyone.

You don't have to look enlightened.

You don't have to eliminate every human emotion.

You don't have to live permanently in bliss.

You are still human.

You will still have difficult days.

You will still become frustrated.

You will still make mistakes.

You will still encounter fear.

The difference is that awareness gives you an opportunity to relate to those experiences differently.

Spiritual growth doesn't necessarily remove the human experience.

It changes your relationship with it.

Spiritual Awakening Is Not About Escaping Life

This may be one of the most important principles of the entire Framework.

The purpose of awakening is not to escape the physical world.

It is not to reject your body.

It is not to abandon relationships.

It is not to become detached from ordinary life.

It is not to spend every waking moment seeking mystical experiences.

Awakening ultimately asks:

Can you bring greater consciousness into the life you are already living?

Can you love more consciously?

Can you respond rather than react?

Can you forgive yourself?

Can you release what no longer serves you?

Can you listen to your intuition?

Can you become more present?

Can you live your values?

Can you serve without losing yourself?

Can you hold peace even when life isn't peaceful?

That is where awakening becomes embodied.

That is where spirituality becomes life.

The Ascension Framework™ Is a Map, Not a Cage

No map can contain the entire territory.

The Ascension Framework™ is no different.

It is an evolving model created to help people understand the recurring relationship between awakening, healing, transformation, integration, service, and consciousness.

It isn't meant to replace your intuition.

It isn't meant to tell you what your experience “should” mean.

And it certainly isn't meant to become another belief system that you feel obligated to adopt.

Use it as a mirror.

Use it as a map.

Use it as a vocabulary for experiences that may otherwise be difficult to describe.

Then trust yourself enough to explore what lies beyond the map.

Where Are You on the Spiral?

Maybe you're in Discovery.

You're questioning everything.

Maybe you're Awakening.

You're beginning to see your life differently.

Maybe you're in Purification.

Old emotions, patterns, and wounds are surfacing.

Maybe you're in Transformation.

You know something has to change.

Maybe you're integrating.

You're learning how to embody what you've discovered.

Maybe you're beginning to feel called toward Service.

Or perhaps you've experienced profound expansion and are discovering that Ascension isn't an ending at all.

Wherever you are, you don't have to compare your journey with anyone else's.

You don't have to rush.

You don't have to prove anything.

And you don't have to have the entire path figured out.

You only have to become willing to see what is asking to be seen now.

The next step usually reveals itself from there.

The Journey Continues

The seven stages are not seven destinations.

They are movements within an ongoing process of remembering, healing, transforming, integrating, serving, and expanding.

Discovery.

Something calls you.

Awakening.

You begin to see.

Purification.

You become willing to face what you've avoided.

Transformation.

You choose differently.

Integration.

You embody what you've learned.

Service.

You naturally begin expressing what you've discovered.

Ascension.

Your awareness expands—and the spiral begins again.

Not because you failed.

Because there is always another layer of consciousness available to explore.

There is always more to discover.

More to heal.

More to integrate.

More to love.

More to embody.

More to share.

And perhaps the deepest realization of all is that you were never actually climbing toward something outside yourself.

You were learning how to remember what was already within you.
